This Sunday, we celebrate Mothers Day (May 12). For a lot of us the feeling that there aren’t enough hours in the day to get everything we want accomplished can be overwhelming. - Nourish happiness. Make sure to schedule time EVERYDAY for at least one thing you enjoy.
- Indulge in the fun moments. Put down the dishes, phone or work and join in on the spontaneous, enjoyable moments.
- Replenish. Take a walk around the block, a 20-40 nap or meditate.
- Delegate. Don’t be afraid to reach out to others for help. Loosen your grip on smaller tasks and obligations to give yourself a break.
