Limited Warranty
Candle Warmers Etc, Inc., warrants your new Candle Warmers Etc. product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. During this period, such defect will be repaired or the product will be replaced at Candle Warmers Etc. discretion without charge. This warranty does not cover Warming Bulbs or Flickering Bulbs, exterior or interior finish or damage caused by misuse, accident, or negligence.
Candle Warmers Etc, Inc., warrants your new Candle Warmers Etc. Warming Bulb (NP4, NP5, NP7) or Flickering Bulb (NP9) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. During this period, such defect will be repaired or the product will be replaced at Candle Warmers Etc. discretion without charge. This warranty does not cover exterior or interior finish or damage caused by misuse, accident, or negligence.
A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. Please fill out the warranty registration form below.
