First off let me say that I'm a true candle junkie! I have multiple drawers and cupboards, in my home full of several different brands and scents of candles and tart melts. I always have something burning, melting, diffusing etc. I also have jar warmers, although I usually end up using them for scented tarts or at the end of a candle's life to use up the last bit of wax in the bottom, b/c I'm just too impatient to wait for an entire candle to melt to enjoy it's fragrance.
 
I just recently found these Aurora Signature candle lamps online and of course I had to have one! (Bought a newer design of one on manufacturer's website). I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this lamp! I love that I can leave it on and not worry about something catching fire if I need to leave it unattended. I can turn it on and forget about it (as long as it's not near anything flammable ;) and just enjoy the fragrance permeating my home! I turned it on with a shortbread scented candle today, went to the grocery store for an hour or so and when I got home, my living room and kitchen smelled like an bakery! Awesome!
 
I use them daily now instead of lighting my candles. It melts about 1-1 1/2 inches of wax on the top of the candle and when that top portion starts to lose it's fragrance (after many, many hours depending on strength and quality of candle) I pour it off and still have several inches of usable scented wax in the jar. The BEST part is that candles with a weaker scent that before needed to be lit in a small room or on a traditional jar warmer to smell them, can now be used in a larger room and are much stronger than just being lit.
 
I immediately bought a couple more to give as gifts, and those people are thrilled with the candle lamps also! What a marvelous idea!

I received this warmer as a gift and don't think I will ever burn my candles with a flame ever again! Leaving candles burning can be so dangerous - especially if you have children. This lamp lets you enjoy the scent from your candles without the open flame. And - the biggest advantage - it makes your candles last so much longer than burning them. I bought one of those warmers that heated from the bottom.... big mistake, especially with larger candles. The whole candle has to melt before you even start to smell it. This warmer just warms the top of your candle - making the smell come out very quickly. I'm picking one up for the office too. Great buy!

I have had this product for over a year now, and it is a real pleasure to use! I had a hard time parting with the money to buy it because it is not an inexpensive item. But it was so worth it! I have found candles to be much more fragrant with the use of this lamp than compared to burning them. Also, and I think this is the best part of using the product, the lamp gives a really nice glow to any room. Also, it's safer than burning a candle. I am going to buy two of these and give them as Christmas presents this year.
 
Keep in mind: once you start using the candle lamp, the candle melts from the top and the wick will lay down into the melted wax and will become part of the candle, so you cannot use the candle (burning the wick) in the traditional way anymore.

"I really love candles and ones that I don't have to burn, esp. with my wondering 1 year old, makes them even better. This candle looks great anywhere, I have mine in the kitchen since I got baked apple pie, makes a great night light too!!! The fragrance spreads from one end of my house to the other and it doesn’t really melt a lot of wax to do it!! It's hard to find great looking non-burning candleholders, this one is really worth the price. I plan on buying the lantern one next off the website!!!"

"This is a wonderful alternative to burning wick candles. Once turned on, the aroma fills our rooms quickly. This is also a good deal to get the warmer and the candle jar as a set, most places only sell the candle warmer by itself. "Thought I would give this a try, being an avid Yankee candle fan, I am skeptical about candles. I was very impressed, nice look, smells great! Don't know that I would use it in a real small area tho, scent is strong. I will be purchasing more of the candles to go with it, and am thinking of it as a gift for my daughter. Wonderful buy!! My husband bought this for me for Valentines Day. It is WONDERFUL. You can smell it throughout the entire house. It’s also safe. No fear of burning your house from a jar candle breaking. This would be great for kids in college dorms.

When these were first introduced in your catalog a few months ago, I ordered 10 of them. I have given them for gifts and everyone loves them. I purchased one of these when I was in the Mountains on vacation and after using it I ordered two more for my home. I have small children so it is so great to have the wonderful scent from the candle in my home without having to worry about them getting burned by fire if I light the candle. I love that the 25watt bulb heats the wax up and it just smells the entire home. I will be ordering more in the future to give away as gifts. Thanks so much for a wonderful product.

I've had an old-fashioned, warm from the bottom, candle warmer for years & it would always take at least an hour before I could really smell anything, & even longer for a strong aroma.
This lamp works so much faster & gives off the scent much more strongly. I even use the cheap jar candles they sell @ Micheals. Now I walk in the house & it smells like someone is baking up a storm. I love it!

I love this little lamp, we get some candles from Yankee Candles (the ones in the glass jars with the lids) and put them under the lamp and it makes the whole house smell wonderful. Best to switch out the candles every now and then to preserve the smell of the house.

This candle warmer lamp is wonderful. Since the lamp heats the candle from the top, the fragrance is released in minutes unlike the warmers that heat from the bottom where you have to wait until all of the wax is melted to get the fragrance going. You can turn the lamp on and enjoy all day!!! I would highly recommend this lamp.

This is so much better than the bottom warming candle warmers. The scent of the candle is evident within seconds of turning the lamp on. With other warmers it is necessary to melt the entire candle practically before you smell anything. As an added bonus, it is much more attractive to look at, adding a little ambiance to the room.
