General Policies

We normally ship your order within 1-2 days of receipt. We strive to keep a full selection of stock available at all times for immediate shipment. In the event of any backorders, partial orders may be shipped with notification included to advise you on expected ship date for your backordered item(s).

Shipping Policies

  • In normal circumstances, Monday through Friday, we ship via UPS Ground 5-7 days. If you prefer UPS 3-Day Select shipment, please be sure to mark the appropriate selection when finalizing your order. If you order just a bulbs the shipping cost will be cheaper then the UPS cost listed because we can drop those in the mail.
  • Overnight shipment is available upon request. We require that you send your order by 12:00 noon (Monday through Friday), and we will call or send you a quote prior to over nighting your package.
  • We will quote shipping charges to you on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and outside of the United States.
  • We request your approval of any quotes prior to shipment.

Refund Policies

  • If the product is dameged or defective we will either replace or provide a refund.
  • If you are unhappy with any of our products please email us to let us know. We will provide return information and process a refund when we receive the item back. If it is a problem with the product we will pay to have it returned. If you just changed your mind you will need to return the item at your expense and we will provide a refund for the product.
  • Candles that have been lite or melted are not eligible for a refund.
